Job Description

The Kitchen Commis works in our restaurants, self-service areas, or fast-food outlets located within the exhibition centers of Porte de Versailles, Paris-Nord Villepinte or Paris-Le Bourget. This is an entry-level kitchen position. The commis gathers the ingredients needed for meal preparation and handles tasks like peeling and slicing vegetables. They also prepare simple dishes such as hors-d'oeuvres, soups, vegetables, and desserts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the receipt and storage of goods during deliveries
  • Execute Mise en Place and preliminary preparations
  • Follow technical specifications
  • Ensure quality control
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety regulations
