The Maître d'hôtel works at our catering events within the exhibition centers. As the true conductor of the dining area, they are responsible for welcoming customers and overseeing the event as a whole. More than a waiter, they organize and supervise the service, coordinating the entire staff. They work independently and ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
