A Family Adventure
It all began in 1976 when Jean-Claude and Geneviève Boyer took over a few food spots at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. It was an instant hit and marked the start of a great entrepreneurial journey.
Under their son Frédéric Boyer’s leadership, and driven by a committed team, HORETO gained new momentum in 2017.
HORETO is founded by Jean-Claude and Geneviève Boyer, starting with three food outlets and a self-service point at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
The family business operates half of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Frédéric Boyer, the youngest son, joins the company to participate in its development.
HORETO acquires a concession for 50% of Paris Nord Villepinte and expands to other fields, including sports venues (Club House at Paris Université Club, bar at Charléty Stadium) and museums (Grand Palais, Rodin Museum, Cité des Sciences at La Villette).
HORETO wins the tender to the catering concession for Brussels Expo, which it operates until 2014.
HORETO secures the catering concession for Espace Champerret and successfully manages the catering service for COP 21, a major landmark moment in its history.
Frédéric Boyer takes over the family business. HORETO secures the catering concession for Paris Nord Villepinte and Paris Le Bourget.
HORETO takes over operations at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and continues to grow. It is now present at all major exhibition venues in the Paris Greater Region.

Some of Our Greatest Hits:
- Bringing back to life a temporary restaurant after weeks of inactivity, serving 400 guests, under the leadership of Michelin-starred chef Sébastien Richard
- Designing, producing, and delivering 180,000 lunch boxes for an ecumenical congress in Paris and Bordeaux – a record in France!
