There are many reasons to fall under the spell of chef Sébastien Richard: a commitment to community catering projects, such as LE REPUBLIQUE restaurant in Marseille, an inspired and authentic cuisine, a constant focus on quality and sustainability – to name a few!
We crossed paths with this one-of-a-kind culinary artist to our great delight – and we are proud to bring his love of food with a soul to our clients. As our resident chef, he curates the menu at several of our restaurants, creating unique lunches and gala dinners. Together with his team, he also plays an active role in mentoring the kitchen staff and developing their skills.
